Description
One or two bedrooms upstairs with a lovely deck overlooking the cleanest lake in Rhode Island. Set in a wooded area with protected marshland, yet minutes away from beaches, shops, fine restaurants and long walks or hikes. Ten minutes from URI, 20 from Salve University and 45 from Brown University. Use this as a private retreat or join me and another tenant for dinners on the deck, music or chats. Stays can be limited to shorter lengths of 30 days to long-term stays should you seek that. Utilities are shared as well as housecleaning and are included in the price unless extra use is required. Home has recently been upgraded so the paint, flooring, and appliances are new or recent. Homey yet airy, we hope you will enjoy your stay. I love to cook, so I can offer healthy breakfasts and other meals should you be interested as well.

Comments: Lovely lakeside home with two stories, upper one available with shared bathroom and kitchenette. Lake and beach access, canoe, hikes, 4 mile beach walk ten minutes away make it a gem. Bedroom and/or office with private deck above/full home below..
