This is a furnished studio apartment attached to my house, with its own kitchen area, dining/work area, bathroom, single bed -- and an upright piano. It would be ideal for someone on sabbatical or someone with a temporary appointment at Children's Hospital, UW, or any of the nearby colleges and universities, especially if you also happen to like to play the piano.
