It's a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach and a 5 minute drive to the four miles of sand of Revere Beach. Restaurants and supermarkets in Revere and Winthrop are also within a five minute drive. No smoking, vaping or use of illegal controlled substances permitted. We prefer no pets but this is negotiable. There may be occasional Logan airport noise (10-15% of the time) depending on wind and weather conditions. Tenants on executing lease will be required to pay first and last month's rent and a refundable damage/repair/cleaning security deposit. Tenants will be required to reimburse owner for the actual utilities bills during the tenancy (gas, electricity, water, cable internet), and to reimburse for lawn and yard maintenance and driveway snow shoveling if not performed by tenants.
