Come live in 2 bedrooms on a private 3rd floor on a tree lined street in Cobbs Creek Automotive Suburban Historical District/ S 62nd Street and Washington Avenue. One bedroom comes partially furnished with a new full-size bed, large dresser, and night table. Please see attached pictures. The other room is also partially furnished as a mixed use space living area with a smart TV and mini fridge. Each room has many windows for beautiful natural light. You'll have your own full bathroom on the same floor. The third floor is ideal for a student, someone on research or teaching leave, a visiting scholar, a postdoc, etc. Looking for a mature, professional adult who is clean, flexible, responsible with rent and utilities, and likes cats. Be fully Covid-vaccinated + boosted. You will have use of other common spaces in the home. About Me: University professor - will occupy the second floor. There will be three cats residing in the home. One will ignore you and the other two will adopt you as a best friend. The monthly rent is $725 plus utilities (electric, gas heat, internet). Available December 18th, 2023. Things to note: • Near the restaurants and shopping on Baltimore avenue • Enjoy a walk on the Cobbs Creek trail • Minutes away from the Angora Regional Rail Station and Angora loop trolley • Close to the airport • Parking in the rear and plenty of available street parking • Security on the property • Accessible to University City and other area universities
