I am a staff member of Northwestern University's medical school moving away from Chicago after many years in my cherished high-rise studio space. I would love to sublet to a solo scholar - or a couple who is comfortable in a studio together - interested in taking advantage of a cozy, peaceful and quiet space to live (and write or work, if desired) in a fun, walkable neighborhood. This studio is ideal to come home to after enjoying the city of Chicago. I have everything you need in the kitchen for home cooked meals, or the location is perfect for eating out. The apartment is secure and quiet, with only occasional, minimal noise from the hall and none between apartments, thanks to solid construction. The building is safe and under reliable and stable management, with 24/7 door attendance and on-call maintenance, a gym, and in the summer months, a rooftop pool and patio with views of the entire city.
