This spacious apartment is the top two levels of a character home with approximately 1,800 square feet that is all well-adorned and fully-furnished with tasteful decor. My partner and I are looking for the right tenant for a short time (1 or 2 months) while we are away. We would only rent to a trustworthy and reliable tenant who understands that we will be shortly returning, so the property, the furniture, and the neighbours must be respected. Very close to University of Toronto, and approximately 25 minutes transit by streetcar and subway to the financial district. Ideal for a visiting scholar.
