Location Location Location! I have owned this Apartment for 18 years. My daughter went to Paris to University and I have enjoyed spending more time there in recent years. It has been newly renovated in August 2022. I am just looking for someone who would enjoy exploring Paris . It is on the Rive Droite and is an all year destination. The apartment is in a wonderful non touristy area but within walking distance of many of the attractions the city has to offer - the Champs Elysee, the Elysee Palace, a wonderful Parisian park Parc Monceau, a mini Musee D'Orsay - Jaquemart Andre, walk to the river, Grand Palais, Petit Palais with a lovely tea room in the gardens, Ave de Montagne etc. Great restaurants nearby and a fab bakery within striking distance. I don't want to give too many insider secrets away on here! but am happy to recommend places to visit. I know the city well and in particular my area. The apartment itself is delightful with a new bedroom kitchen and bathroom installed in August 2022.

Comments: The Apartment is on the second floor without an elevator. It is light bright and airy uncluttered and modern. The apartment has fast fibre WiFi . There is also a key safe.
