This peaceful, 33m2 apartment is on the top floor, courtyard-side, in a quiet building with an elevator. Its 5 windows face east and get nice light. The apartment is equipped for comfortable working from home. The WIFI is excellent. In the living room, you'll find a small table for working and meals, a secretary desk, a very comfortable office chair, and another (less ergonomic) swivel desk chair. There's also a fold-out desk that can be set up in the bedroom (it's kept under the bed). The setup is tight, but handy if two people want to work in separate spaces. In the kitchen, you'll find a washer, refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, small oven, electric kettle, rice cooker, blender, and moka pot. Note: there is no dishwasher or microwave. I heat things in the oven or on the wok. The bedroom has a double bed with a very comfortable mattress. Linens are provided. I also have a double air mattress to put in the living room if you need. No smoking or pets. About me: I used to run a biweekly mixer for anglophone academics who come to Paris to do research. If you'd like, I can connect you with the people who organize that now.
