Sweet Rockridge Studio near UC Berkeley, College Ave

This is a cozy and private garden-level studio apartment in Rockridge/Fairview Park. It's fully furnished, with a private entrance, a small but complete kitchen, tiled shower, and full-sized bed in its own little nook. We are located just east of Telegraph Ave, about 1 mile south of Alta Bates Hospital and 2 miles south of UC Berkeley. Rockridge BART Station is about a half mile away. The studio has its own entrance and sits below our house, at ground level. Three windows in the living space keep it light. The small kitchen has a stove/oven, fridge, and all the basics for making and eating your own meals. There is a very effective wall heater with your own thermostat. The ceiling height is 7 feet - please note this if you are very tall. There is a washer/dryer in the garage area adjacent to the studio. We are open to sharing the washer/dryer with the tenant by time arrangement, at no extra cost. (Note - we don't park any cars in the garage.) There is no dedicated parking for the tenant, but street parking is free and no permit is required. We are a family of four - 2 adults and 2 kids - living upstairs. We have one older dog that rarely barks. We create a normal amount of noise - nothing crazy but you will hear us. It is generally very quiet between 830PM and 730AM. We listed this apartment on airbnb for 5 years before the pandemic and were Superhosts. Many happy guests. We got tired of the turnover, though and are now looking forward to renting to longer-term guests. Rentals of 3-6 months are ideal. Note - this studio is for one person. Guests are of course welcome but no additional tenants are allowed.
