A house with garden on Yoshida hill

Description

We are a European-Asian couple who purchased this house for our retreat in Kyoto several times a year. While in Europe, instead of leaving our house inhabited, we prefer renting it to people who also appreciate a beautifully renovated Japanese house. Our house is 140 m2 wide, it has 2 floors and 4 Japanese bedrooms, an attached tearoom plus a fully renovated living room and a new bathroom for a modern comfort. There is also a 50 m2 garden (oriented towards the South) and views to the surrounding mountains and Kyoto city from the second floor. Located on top of Yoshida Mount, near the sanctuary of Yoshida, it is located at 600 meters (8 minutes walk) from Kyoto University Yoshida campus gate, The neighborhood is very calm yet the city is on our feet.
