This is a cozy private apartment with a wonderful view and a private balcony. Enjoy the full kitchen and the large shared yard. The couch in the living room folds out into a bed, so there are actually two beds. Pets are welcome but the yard is not fenced, so dogs should be supervised when outside. Echo Park is a hip, walkable area in the heart of Los Angeles with great restaurants, bars, cafes, and stores that cater to the full range of diversity found in the neighborhood. Echo Park has a long history as a center for immigrants, as well as for being home to musicians, artists, writers, and other creatives. So come, eat, drink, wander and explore. Within blocks, you’ll find the former homes of Glenn Frye, Joe Jackson, W.C. Fields, Charlie Chaplin, Leo Politi, Tom of Finland, and Elliot Smith, along with the current homes of a new generation of artists and musicians. This is a very walkable neighborhood that has great public transportation. Street parking can be tight, but you can usually find a spot within a half block. We are very close to the 2, 101, 5 and 110 freeways, so you can get anywhere in the city very quickly.
