Orientation East-West which gives a perfect view of the sunrise and sunset while providing natural light throughout the day, very appreciable in Belgium. Apartment on the 6th and last floor with elevator, very quiet co-ownership (families and retired people), access to the garden at the back. Possibility of a private garage to be negotiated.
