The house is on a bus line taking you to the subway, providing you with access to anywhere in the city.  You can drive downtown in 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic.  Not going downtown? York University, Toronto’s suburban university, is also just a 15 minute drive away as well as Humber Regional Hospital and a number of community colleges.  Want to use your time in Toronto to explore Ontario’s natural beauty, including the Bruce Trail, the Great Lakes, Niagara Falls, or cottage country in Muskoka or Prince Edward County?  Weston is just a five minute drive from the intersection of the 401 and the 400 - the main east/west and north/south highways in Ontario. The main bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed, with excellent lighting for lazy reading.  The second bedroom features a single trundle bed - the second bed rolls under the first one for convenient storage when only one bed is necessary.  It also contains a custom closet with ample space making this room an ideal dressing room for a couple. The third bedroom is a flexible space, currently converted to an office for remote working - just bring your own laptop - or for settling into the corner chair with any of the many books available for your enjoyment. Tenants who need the third bedroom though could move the second single bed into it. The basement is where you will find your washer and dryer, a 2nd bathroom with a shower, and a room with a bar and a piano. The homeowner lives in a converted garage in the backyard. The backyard is hers exclusively.
