Basement is currently rented by a working professional male with two cats who works for the homeowner and will show the home to prospective tenants. Basement tenant enters through garage, so the off street parking space is for the basement tenant. (Tenant currently does NOT have a car, so upstairs can use the space respectfully until he so chooses to get a vehicle.) Across the street from Metropolitan bike path to get to NoMa red station (a 10 minute walk). This area is exploding with restaurants, breweries, climbing gyms, etc. STATUS: Owners are truly supportive, wonderful human beings, quite dashing, with hearts of gold, mildly sarcastic, and rarely allow their home to smell like anything other than rainbows and unicorns.
