We are renting out our large, three Victorian house while we are away for a lot of the summer - 3 big double bedrooms (1 ensuite) available, plenty of reception space and a large garden. We are looking for a family who would enjoy living in our fun house. (We also rent out rooms for shorter periods - see listing #155020). . We live in a residential street in a vibrant area - Shepherd's Bush/Chiswick - near parks, the river, cafes/bars, theatre, cinemas and music venues, all in walking distance. Transport links are brilliant - a short bus ride to Notting Hill Gate, four tube lines into Central London and a 20 minute drive to Heathrow. Hire bikes are available nearby. We are in zone 2 and our nearest tube station is Stamford Brook on the District Line. (Central, Piccadilly and Circle all nearby) Downstairs is a beautiful, light-filled space opening onto a long garden with different areas to sit and eat in. At the front of the house is a cosy sitting room with double doors into a large kitchen and a beautiful conservatory opening onto the terrace. From the contemporary space of the conservatory, the garden is traditionally planted with trees and roses. At the end there is a small artist studio space which can also be used as a writers retreat. Wifi throughout house. Books, toys, art cupboard, guitar, piano, record player, tennis rackets (public tennis courts nearby). Netflix and Amazon Prime available on TV in sitting room.
