great views spacious apartment, near EUI, NYU Florence, furnished as a home

This apartment was my home and is now my home-from-home. It is large and liveable; simply furnished, not luxurious, but with three good bedrooms, a huge double sitting room, great views and an eat-in kitchen. It has books, a couple of desks/work tables, and fast broadband. There is no TV. It has central heating and top of the range air-con, installed in 2021. My family and I are there often, so it has a feel of a place that is visited and a bit quirky, with some American furniture, brought from LA when we moved to Florence, and Italian bits and pieces. It is in a condo and in a neighbourhood, with the feel of both, neighbours and a local zone that is distinct from the centre of Florence, walkable, green and non-touristy, but still only 30 minutes walk to the Duomo. It is about 30 mins walk to the EUI at San Domenico and within easy reach of NYU Florence. Villa I Tatti is about 35/40 mins by public transport. Everything that we use when we are there will be available to you except a few things which will be put away. My friend will meet you at the apartment and show you how everything works. She will be available for any problems and can find people to fix anything that might go wrong. I live mostly in London and will be available remotely. There is paid parking on the street and you might be able to get a long-stay permit. There is also a garage at the end of the street that offers parking spaces. Le Cure is a very green and pleasant place to be. A large new supermarket sits at the end of the street, a lovely park at the other, and one of the pleasures of the neighbourhood is an excellent vegetable market in the main square, with local and artisanal produce. Le Cure is a family neighbourhood with quite a number of EUI, NYU and other students. Although there is some tourist accommodation the neighbourhood is mainly residential, with local schools and gentle street life. Please note that the apartment is in the 4th floor, hence the great views, and is a walk-up.
