Hi— We are offering the 3BR/2BA fully-furnished upstairs unit of our two-family house for rent.  This location is one of our favorites in Brookline, as we brought up our firstborn just a block away and loved how everything we needed was within a short walk.  Washington Square, including several good options for coffee shops and restaurants, is the closest of Brookline’s 3 town centers and is just a 6-min walk, with Brookline Village and Coolidge Corner also accessible by foot or bike.  The closest T-stop is Fairbanks on the C-line, just a 3-min walk.  The Longwood Medical Area (Brigham & Women’s, Dana Farber, Beth Israel, Harvard Medical School) is also within a 10-min drive or 20-ish mins by public transport.  Griggs Park (where we spent a lot of time with our kids) is also <5min walk away.  Brookline has several amazing public schools, with Driscoll Elementary and Brookline High within walking distance.   A recent renovation was completed in January 2023, primarily focusing on the gut renovation of 2 full bathrooms and a major update to the HVAC system (including central air), as well as other cosmetic improvements.  The outside of the house was also upgraded in the fall of 2022 with new landscaping, including a privacy fence and patio in the backyard and a new driveway.   The unit has three bedrooms: two with Q-sized beds and the third with a daybed.  There are two newly renovated bathrooms, a family room, and a dining room.  There is a private deck off the dining room and a washer/dryer in the basement.  All utilities are included in the monthly rent (including cable TV and high-speed internet/Wi-Fi).
