Description
A beautiful 200 year old farmhouse in Tuscany, 40 minutes from Florence, 20 Minutes from Lucca. The house is located on the hilltop mountain of Buggiano Castello and is located not far from the village but at the same time has a large property surrounding it. The village is close to a train station and many local markets. Three restaurants are located in Buggiano itself but you have the privacy of living alone on a large land. The house has a great library with possibly most major European classical literature. For the scholar there is also a study library of German and Middle Eastern history. The views from the house have not changed in 500 years due to strict building regulation. All around you will find wonderful sightseeing - art, history and the sea. Inside the house you will find authenticity and a feeling of home.
