I am subletting most (ca 80 m2) of my apartment in the historical centre of Vienna. The apartment is fully furnished, features a light-filled entrance with large mirrored wardrobes (floor to ceiling, 3.5m high), a new bathroom, a fully fitted kitchen with all utensils (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc.), a living room, a bedroom with walk-in closets (also floor to ceiling, 3.5m high). It’s a place full of charm, in a 16th century building in the centre, with high ceilings and typical Viennese double-windows. It has been fully renovated. Restaurants, cinemas, supermarkets, subway nearby. The imperial Palace (Hofburg) and the theatre (Burgtheater) are just 5 minutes away, the neighbourhood features many historical Baroque buildings, and one of Vienna's most beautiful parks (Volksgarten) is basically around the block and ideal for outdoor reading in spring and summer. I love this place.

Comments: I travel frequently and am only in Vienna for a few days each month. Ideally, I am looking for an academic or professional flatmate, but exclusive use of the apartment could also be discussed.

Comments: A historical building from the 16th century. Inner courtyard with leafy trees. Nature and silence in the heart of town. A paradise for writers and academics. Internet can be easily reactivated/reinstalled (currently not using it).
