Spacious (~900 sq ft), brightly lit and private 2 bedroom, 1 bath, guest suite in our home in the charming, safe, quiet and leafy neighborhood of Dunbar, close to UBC but also very close to bus stops for access to downtown. Walking distance to both Dunbar and Kerrisdale communities for access to shops, parks, restaurants and movie theatre. Close to gorgeous nature of Pacific Spirit Forest and the westside beaches (Spanish banks, Jericho and Kitsilano). 20 min bus ride to UBC, or bike through the beautiful forest! 30 min bus ride to downtown. 20 min taxi ride from airport. It is a very safe and family friendly neighborhood. The suite has 2 large bedrooms (1 queen, 1 double) with full bathroom. A large, cozy living area equipped with comfy couch, high speed internet and smart TV to chill out after exploring the city and wonderful nature. Has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook a family meal. Also has own washer and dryer. Very clean, bright and comfortable space. All bedding and towels provided. Cleaning available at an additional cost. Note, the suite is within the basement of our home. We are a family of 4 with 2 older children. It is an older house (~ 1920's) so sound can carry, but we are very mindful of that. We love welcoming guests and are happy to provide recommendations for activities, food etc !
