The spacious apt is in a pre-war, elevator building with amazing sunlight. It's eclectically furnished with vintage pieces, artwork, books, and lots of happy plants. The furnished bedroom is cozy with a full-size bed, dresser, ceiling fan and air conditioner for those hot summer days. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook delicious meals. There is also an intercom for deliveries, and laundry room in the building ($1.75 per load). This historic neighborhood is vibrant and diverse. It's steps away from the subway (A, B, C, D trains), and within walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants, including City College and the Hudson River; 20-30 minutes to Columbia University (By train or bus). Please note: There is no television in the apartment. Wifi and utilities are separate: Internet is $80/mo and G&E varies. Cleaning fee: $100.
