Quiet sun-filled home, walking distance to IU campus

Description

I’m leaving Bloomington for the summer and would like to rent my lovely Prospect Hill home to a responsible tenant. The dates are flexible with a minimum 1-month stay. The house is located on a residential street in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the b-line trail, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and grocery stores. The space is furnished, with a washer and dryer, dishwasher, front porch and spacious back deck. It’s an ideal house for a visiting scholar, incoming faculty / staff member, or an older graduate student. I’m happy to share additional pictures upon request.
