We are retired Yale alumnae who are looking for very special tenants who will enjoy and occupy our beautiful home while we travel during the summer of 2024. The bedroom suite has an additional fireplace and sitting area, as well as a private bath with soaking tub and large walk in shower. Other sitting areas include an elegant landing and the huge post and beam porch and an adjacent deck with lounge chairs and gas grill. It must be seen to be appreciated! Utilities are reasonable due to the new infrastructure and systems, which include a state of the art filtration system. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.
