A beach located cottage suitable for one adult. We are looking for a tenant who will respect the beautiful furnishings and art work. The rent includes bi-weekly cleaning. We are also looking for a tenant who will respect the space between these cleanings. The kitchen is small but there is a fridge, stove, microwave and mini oven. The clothing drier and washer are large and efficient. The shower and claw-footed bathtub are one unit. We have a large, adjustable desk for a computer work station. The location is ideal as it is within walking distance to the university. If walking is not an option, the bus is just down the street and links to the university and downtown. We also have a reserved parking space directly outside of the cottage. Cadboro Bay Village is a walk away along the beach. It hosts an amazing set of shops including the wonderful grocery store called Pepper's, a hair dresser, a liquor store, restaurants, pharmacy and other amenities. The location is great for those who love to walk as we are steps away from Cadboro Bay but also close to Seaview which links to very nice beach accesses and forest walks.
