I am a visual artist/art teacher and have created a lovely, comfortable home for you to enjoy. This large 2 bedroom/2 bath casita maintains its historic charm, with plenty of upgrades including bathroom and kitchen remodels, new windows, and a new AC unit for the Tucson heat! It is meticulously maintained and I strive to find tenants who are friendly and will treat the home with respect. I am an avid yoga practitioner, have an in-home art studio and enjoy sharing conversation as time permits.
