Calm, practical, comfortable condo in the heart of San Diego

This is a luminous beautiful open floor, one bedroom condo for a single occupant or couple who are looking for a calm place in a lively neighborhood in the heart of San Diego. There are two working spaces (one in the bedroom and one in the living room-dining room area). There is also a cute balcony with a little table for a morning coffee. There is one assigned parking space. The building itself is very safe, the neighbors are very quiet, and the shared laundry room is super convenient. My home is clean, organized, and in a great location: a prime walkable and extremely well connected location near the shops, restaurants and bars in University Heights, Hillcrest and North Park. It is a 15 min walk to Balboa Park (near the zoo entrance) and a 10 minute drive to Downtown, Barrio Logan, and Ocean Beach. You are also only a 20 min drive from UCSD using freeways 163, and 8, and 5. There is very good public transport that connects with the trolley in 15min. I am going to be on research leave from June to the end of March 2024, and therefore require at least a one month stay. Please let me know if you have any questions!
