Hello traveler! I am renting out my home of 5 years, a beautiful top floor condo just outside of downtown Los Angeles. I moved back to my hometown of Toronto so I'm renting out my whole place for minimum 30 day rentals - with no maximum stay length. The unit has 2 bedrooms - one primary bedroom with a queen bed, and one smaller bedroom with two twin beds. There is also a pull-out couch in the living room, and a bassinet is available if you are traveling with a baby. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a full bathtub, and there is a smaller bathroom near the smaller bedroom with a shower. The kitchen was newly renovated in Fall 2021 and has all the supplies you'll need to cook like you're in your own home. If you want to work while you're traveling, there is a desk in the primary bedroom, as well as a wireless keyboard and mouse, and a printer. The best feature is definitely location - it is located on a quiet street yet is so close to everything. Chinatown central plaza is just a few blocks away, with amazing restaurants, fun bars, and unique shops. From Chinatown, you can catch the Metro Gold Line to Union Station or north to Pasadena and a number of other fun destinations. Echo Park is also nearby with more amazing food and drink options. You can walk down Sunset or take one of the frequent Metro buses (2 or 4, both of which have very frequent headways and run basically 24 hours) that travel down the street to get to Echo Park, Silver Lake, Hollywood, and many more amazing locations. You'll be waking up to views of the downtown skyline, and you can easily walk downtown or take Metro. Or just enjoy views of downtown from our amazing rooftop patio. In terms of academics, I am a graduate of nearby University of Southern California. Other large schools in the area include Cal State LA and Occidental College. If you're coming with a car, the rental includes two tandem parking stalls in a covered, secured garage. There are multiple freeway onramps within blocks of the unit to help you get around to wherever you need to go. The building is very kid- and pet-friendly and you often will see kids and dogs playing in the courtyards.
