The Space Guests who stay here are delighted by how large (1,000 sq ft), inviting and sunny the space is. They say the photos don't do it justice. It's a 1914 Craftsman house done up bright which gives it an airy yet substantial feeling. It's both cozy and spacious. Quiet and peaceful. Good for solo visitors or couples. LGBTQ Friendly. Sleeping Space -1 bedroom with queen bed equipped with memory foam mattress Nearby -Walking distance to UC Berkeley Campus and BART -5 min drive to most of Berkeley -15 min walk to Berkeley Bowl Marketplace (GREAT grocery store), Whole Foods, Caffe Trieste, Paisan Restaurant, Kirala Sushi, and others Outdoor Area -Front seating area for coffee and birdwatching -Happy to share pictures if requested General -Keyless entry -Owners live separately in the back of the house. -No smoking.
