My apartment is spacious, welcoming, and full of light. It has a real kitchen with plenty of counter space, so it's particularly attractive for those who like to cook. The large, living room-dining room is a great place to eat, read quietly, or entertain! The bedroom has a king-size bed, a large desk, a reading chair, and peloton bicycle. The building has a 7:30 am to 11 pm doorman, and just outside the building there are numerous restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, hardware stores, boutiques, and much else besides. The closest subway is two blocks away and cross-town buses are a few blocks north and south. Columbia University is one subway stop away, or a ten minute walk, and NYU (Washington Square Park) is a 25 minute subway ride away. Best of all for those who like to see trees while living in the city, Riverside Park is two wide blocks away, and Central Park is a three wide blocks away. It's all good!
