Description
This is a modern and beautifully appointed apartment. It's in a quiet residential area of Mercer Island in Washington state. Mercer Island is in the middle of Lake Washington with easy accessibility to Seattle to the west and Bellevue to the East by bridges. It is approximately 8 mins to Bellevue and 10 to Seattle. There is public transportation nearby that link to the Lite Rail System. There are many bike trails, hiking trails and public parks and beaches on Mercer Island. We are 45 mins to excellent cross-country and downhill skiing in the winter. Mercer Island is very much like a small town with restaurants, a great little bookstore and other shops. The apartment is compact and cozy and very quiet. My home is adjacent where I live with my adult disabled son and 2 dogs. I'm an artist and spend the bulk of my time in my studio on the lower level. I have travelled and live all over the world and have enjoyed the last 25 years in this home.
