A beautiful condo in Ann Arbor.

I live in a 2000 sq foot condo with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The condo is surrounded by a bird sanctuary that is 8 feet from the back of my condo. Bird Hills Nature Area is a 146-acre preserve with trails leading into other nature areas and into the Huron River Dam area. Trails are accessible on the condo complex. Deer, turkey, and many birds come to visit my enclosed porch all year! The condo shares only one wall with a neighbor and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Trash and recycling are picked up once a week. The condo association is responsible for snow plowing and shoveling walks. They are generally quick to have our complex plowed and salted early in the morning. I have a detached 2-car garage that would be available to use. I also have a cleaning service that comes once a month; the renter would need to pay the monthly fee of $180 for the cleaning. The condo is about 3 miles from downtown Ann Arbor and The University of Michigan and even closer to the UofM hospital. It is located in the Northwest end of town. Ann Arbor has a rich cultural environment with tons of concerts from classical to hard rock, theaters, small jazz clubs, festivals and more. Stroll around downtown and eat at one of our many restaurants or pop into a boutique store to buy local items or support artisans from other countries. Check out the famous Zingerman’s Deli and enjoy shopping at Kerrytown shops. Downtown Detroit is about a 50-minute drive. Other parks and recreation areas are less than a 30-minute drive. The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs (both updated recently) and a finished basement with a full bath downstairs. The main level has a half bath, den with cable TV, open kitchen, living room/dining room, and an enclosed porch with windows all around. The kitchen and the bathroom have been remodeled. Heating is forced air, and there are fans in every room. Heating costs in the winter average around $160/month. It is a lovely condo, easy to live in. The kitchen has tons of dishes and glassware, knives, kitchen tools, pots and pans, etc. There is a French press coffee pot, coffee bean grinder, and electric kettle available. The storage area has a Cuisinart, an Air fryer, and larger pots and pans. Extra bed linens and towels are available. There is a washer and dryer in the basement.
