It is a quiet and safe neighbourhood, with trees, the Chilean embassy next door, the European Youth Center next street. There is a lush green park around the corner. The main city transport route, 4-6 day and night tram, is in 5 mins walk through the park. All Budapest universities and research centres can be reached via public transportation within 30 mins. The balcony has a panoramic view to the Parliament and to the green street. The apartment is in a condominium that was built in the 70s. This is a tiny apartment of its age – a lovely and cosy style. This might not be your place if you have big space expectations. There is a master bedroom and a second bedroom with sofa bed. The living room has also a sofa bed and a dining corner. The Parliament or the Castle District is not more than 20 minutes ride, the Lukács Bath or Margaret Island are at 15 minute walking distance. The Gül Baba Turbe, a tomb and memorial place of a 16th century Turkish dervish is in 10 mins walk.
