Description
Come stay in this beautiful, fully furnished studio apartment. This newly built studio is attached to a single-family home but has a private entrance. It has great light, is comfortable, and convenient. It sits on a quiet residential street just 2 blocks from Ashby BART station (20 minute ride to SF) and within walking distance to Berkeley Bowl Market, and many coffee shops, restaurants and bars - the best of all worlds! It is also located within walking distance from the UC Berkeley campus. The apartment has a full bath, a queen size bed and a couch that folds out to a bed. Sheets and towels are provided. The studio has kitchenette with a large sink, two-burner electric range, and a large, double door toast/bake/broil oven (large enough to accommodate a casserole dish, see photos). Cooking is important, so the studio is furnished with high quality pots, pans and other cooking equipment. Utilities and high-speed fiber optic internet are included.
