2 bedroom house share with barely there Penn commuter

I am a Penn professor based in Brooklyn, in Philadelphia one night, occasionally two nights, per week during the semester. I keep a room in the house and come in to teach, stay overnight, do Penn business and go back to NYC. I'm a single parent and my schedule is fixed. I always provide respectful notice of my plans. In summer and during breaks, I do not anticipate being in the house at all, except as needed. --The large, quiet primary bedroom at the rear of the house (with a big closet) would be yours. --There is a small office/bedroom furnished with a twin-sized futon mattress and desk. --The common areas (first floor living, dining) are lightly furnished with a dining table, dining chairs, couch, giant reading chair, and area rugs. --Dishwasher and washer/dryer; highly effective window air-conditioner that cools the entire first floor. --Kitchen is equipped with lots of basics including cookware, dishes, glasses, kettle, flatware, a bunch of daily tools. --1 1/2 baths. Bath and powder rooms are newly renovated, featuring claw foot tub and walk-in shower, handmade shelves, new tile floors. --Lovingly planned, professionally tended garden. The yard and patio are big enough for a cafe table and grill. --Monthly cleaning (cost to be shared and can be more frequent). --Huge amount of storage space in the basement.
