You won't need a car - we are next to public transportation to Boston, its colleges and medical centers, and all surrounding communities. It Is $4200 per month, utilities included (gas, electricity, water, trash pick-up, internet, cable TV), minimum 30 day rental for July and August 2024. Rentals a month or longer do not incur state or local taxes! There are 3 bedrooms (3 double beds), 2 full baths, living room, dining room, kitchen, TV room (den), basement with washer and dryer; shared back yard, porch, and patio.
