New Quiet Studio in Brooklyn Prospect South

I am a computer science professor who is working out of the city for this year. I am looking to rent the studio out for around 8 months to a year. I can be flexible. The studio is furnished but if you like to set up your furniture, we can talk about moving other stuff out. This place is a new construction and everything in the building is new. There is a nice floor heating system in the bathroom. There is AC/heater. Security system for opening doors, etc... The people are friendly and in no time you'll be part of a very helpful and engaging community in the heat of Brooklyn. Church Av Q line is two blocks away which makes it very convenience to go to Manhattan (20mins). Prospect park is few streets down. It has a big lake and there is always people working out in it, which i think is nice. The neighborhood is filled with grocery shops and has that feel of hectic life. All the while, the studio in the building faces the nice courtyard and is very quiet. We have painted one of the walls with three different shades of yellow and have go a nice flooring for the kitchen area as well.
