I work at the University of Chicago and live in a condo apartment with one space newly converted into a rental unit (2021). Looking for academics in need of short or medium term rental in a furnished apartment. This efficiency offers a small, quiet and brightly-lit space with fully equipped kitchen and ample storage areas as well as dining area, desk, bathroom with fully sized shower, and deck area. Twin bed can be converted into queen. Wifi and all utilities are included in price and in-unit air conditioning can be provided. Private entrance via a back deck (second floor walkup) and lovely gated courtyard. Ample street parking available and within a short walk to CTA bus/metra stops and stores and restaurants near 47th and 53rd streets.

Comments: This efficiency apartment has its own private entrance, bathroom, equipped kitchen with dining space, and air conditioning. It is bright with plenty of light and quiet, on an inner courtyard. There is no private parking but ample street parking.
