We're looking for someone interested in an extended stay, preferably exceeding 3 months. This duration allows us to foster a sense of community and maintain a comfortable and stable living environment for everyone. We can make two rooms available, and if our tenant wishes to host family or friends during their stay, we are more than happy to discuss suitable arrangements to accommodate their needs. Myself, an entrepreneur in technology, together with my wife, Professor Erminia Colucci, often travel for work and research. When we're in London, we live in this flat and enjoy hosting guests from all over. Our home is more than just a place to reside; it's a space where we connect and share experiences. We're seeking a tenant who appreciates this and is open to being part of our welcoming community but also very much respect deep work, personal space and quiet time that our guests also value. In our flat, we tend to follow a vegetarian diet, occasionally incorporating fish. Ideally, we would like a guest who shares similar dietary preferences. Greenwich is a vibrant and historic neighborhood with a wealth of attractions to explore. We hope our ideal tenant enjoys the local culture, parks, and amenities while taking advantage of the convenient transportation links to the city.
