Description
Welcome to your home away from home in a luxury heritage home in downtown Toronto. Everything is included except food and laundry. Enjoy privacy, space, tranquility, minutes from public transit and within minutes of downtown universities and hospitals. Perfect for one an international student, intern or commuter looking for a home environment in Toronto. The room is very large with its own seating/working area and private en suite bathroom. The home is shared with me, a self-employed professional woman working from a home office. We have one dog (Ace), an older black Labrador. As a housemate, I am quiet, private and respectful and only ask for cleanliness, courtesy and a cooperative environment in return. Open to negotiate part-time stays (i.e., 3 days per week) for commuters. Happy to answer any questions!
