SUMMER SUBLET -OR- Need part-time housing near UCONN?

Greetings, we are a couple of academics working at UConn (Storrs), and we have two options: 1. [june + july] we're looking for a summer sub-leaser for a 5 bedroom house (two rooms are currently used as home offices) More photos and details available on request to include upstairs (kitchen/ full bathroom/ 3 upstairs bedrooms / living room), downstairs (two bedrooms, exercise equipment, full bathroom with shower, mini fridge + microwave + tea station). AND 2. [fall or spring semester] we're looking for commuter colleagues who need a place to sleep once or twice a week on a regular basis or just from time to time during the academic year (fall & spring). We have two rooms downstairs (queen bed and twin XL bed), and one full bathroom with sink, toilet and shower available. Each room has a space to work and sleep. There is a private entrance to the downstairs, and guests will have the entire lower level of the house as their private space. There is a staircase and door separating the two floors, so it's really like a separate apartment. We'll have plenty of extra amenities downstairs in case you need a toothbrush, bandaid, etc. If anything is missing, just let us know. If you have any concerns or issues, we'll be upstairs for help. You can call, text, or just knock. The downstairs does not have a full kitchen or laundry machines. This is why we think it would be best suited for commuters. In the fall, we hosted a graduate student for two nights a week and he said it was perfect for his needs at that time. We're still looking for someone for the spring 2024 semester.
