We are retired academics heading to the UK for a number of months in 2024, and we're looking to let our home while away. This lovely twenties house, with art nouveau features, is in a quiet tree-lined street but is only minutes away from bustling Sydney Rd, the main shopping strip in Brunswick, known for its diverse population, food, arts and culture. The house is light and spacious. It has 2 bedrooms, both with double beds, 2 lounge rooms, 1 with a king-size fold-out couch (and piano), a study, an open-plan kitchen/dining area, bathroom, and a laundry with plenty of storage. It has front and back gardens, with an outdoor entertaining area. It would suit a couple or a family.
