Beautiful, brand new (never lived in) cottage in back yard in South Berkeley. The unit has not been occupied yet so everything is never used. There is a nice open kitchen/dining/living area with a sky light that provides nice light and a kitchen window looking out at the fig tree. Bedroom 1 at the front could be used as office but also has twin bed and its own bathroom. Bedroom 2 at the back has a queen bed and a bathroom next door (open to all to access). Washer/dryer in unit and large screen TV, Access to yard (currently being landscaped given recency of construction). 2 dogs on property but only 1 outside and usually only in front area.
