Welcome! We are looking to rent our home to guests who may be in Ann Arbor in connection with the University. Centrally located in a beautiful tree-lined neighborhood, our 87 year old home is comfortable year round, central air-conditioned in the summer, cozy in the winter with energy conscious updates including attic and wall insulation, energy efficiency windows, water heater and furnace. It's a short walk to bus stops and some great K-12 schools; the University of Michigan, downtown, shops, restaurants, post office are within a 1.5 radius.
