His wife Madù completely renovated Cerchiaia’ starting a successful hospitality business in the groundfloor apartment that covers most summer since the year 2000. After Madu’ premature demise in 2021 Daniele decided to continue living in the first floor flat and expand Madu’s project beyond summer to rent the groundfloor flat for medium term periods (one to six months) through autumn,winter and early spring. The groundfloor flat has very flexible spaces allowing different accomodation arrangements for individuals or small-to-large families…. Rent starts at Eur 2500 on a monthly base (two people minimum stay).
