The house is co-owned by two friends, one of whom will be living upstairs from you. The other owner works outside the U.S. during the academic year--so the apartment is available between August and May. It will be fully furnished--the current photos show the previous tenants furniture, so please let me know if you have any questions about what furnishings and other supplies will be available. The apartment is a cute 2-bedroom conveniently located between Atwood and Willy St. neighborhoods with easy access to bike and bus routes for those commuting downtown, to UW, or to the West side. This apartment has an updated kitchen, a charming sunporch, and a back deck for outdoor hangouts. Many restaurants, coffee shops, and bars within walking distance, and Jennifer Street Market is right around the corner for easy grocery runs. Offstreet parking is available in garage/driveway. Cats and dogs allowed. Shared laundry facilities in the basement.
