Academic couple living abroad, rent our stylish, fully furnished and recently renovated family home for short stays (1 to 3 months). The flat is located on the upper ground floor of a liberty style building in the fancy and tranquil neighbourhood of San Martino, right on the back of Funicolare di Montesanto, which takes you to the historic downtown in just 5 minutes, walking distance from the commercial area of Vomero centro, and to the Floridiana park. Convenience stores and supermarkets are between 5 and 10 minutes walk. The flat has a small and shady garden area, partially terraced, and furnished with rattan sofa and chairs, which you can enjoy in the summer, including our own lemon tree. The flat is composed of: a master bedroom with private bathroom (with shower); a smaller bedroom with French bed and wardrobe; a main bathroom with tub; a secluded mezzanine studio space, with an ample desk and a double sofa-bed; a large sitting room and a spacious live-in kitchen/dining room, leading to the garden. All rooms feature large windows facing trees and the Sant'Elmo castle. Even if on a lower floor, the flat is quiet due to being on a secondary street.
