I am looking for folks interested in renting a fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath house located in the town of Hurley, NY which is 90 miles north of NYC. Location is unbeatable as it is a 5-minute drive to old Kingston, a 20-minute drive to Redhook, Rhinebeck, Woodstock, a 30-minute drive to Catskill, Saugerties, New Paltz, and lastly a 1-hour drive to Albany airport. The historic town of Hurley is very quaint with wonderful neighbors, historic stone houses (museum and library), and relaxing vibes. Myer Elementary School is a 5-minute walk for those interested in enrolling their kids (if there is availability) in a charming, highly sought-after school in the area. The lavender cottage has been a successful Airbnb since 2017, but due to updated town regulations, short-term rentals are no longer allowed unless specific criteria are met. The property is set on a quarter-acre of land, and a dead end road with no street lights which allows for stargazing at night. The yard is spacious, fully fenced, and contains a bluestone patio and fire pit which is perfect for gatherings with family and friends.
