This is my beloved flat. I need to leave for field research for the summer and I am looking for someone who need to spend a period of research in Oxford. This is a very well kept, high specification flat, with a brand new, and fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a deep soaking tub, and the large windows facing an inner garden. The flat has its own independent entrance and benefits from both a private garden/patio, and a larger communal garden with table, chairs, parasols etc. The garden also has a large shed to keep bikes safe as well as any extra belongings. The area is very quiet and inhabited by several academics and faculty members although it is just 5 minutes away from Cowley Road, where the most popular restaurants, cafes, and bars are found. It is 3 minutes away from the top entrance of South Park, which has Oxford's most splendid views, as well as 5 minutes away from Warneford Meadow, a small oasis of wild nature with an orchard, ideal for walks, runs, and reading a book under an apple tree. It is also 3 minutes from the entrance to South Park from where you get Oxford's most spectacular views. At the bottom of the road there is a supermarket open until late at night and, most useful of all, the bus stop that takes you straight into town is less than 2 minutes away.
