We love this little house so much and would love for other traveling families to enjoy it! *The House* This small but have-it-all house is perfect for couples, families with young kids, or working professionals looking for quiet and serenity in Ann Arbor. There are two bedrooms, each of the rooms has a queen-sized bed in them. The office has a desk, as well as a futon sofa. Fully equipped kitchen with an extendable dining table that seats up to 6 people. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo and is newly renovated. The garage can fit up to 1 minivan. *Utilities*Utilities are included in the rental price (internet, gas, electricity, water, trash, yard maintenance, snow removal) *The Neighborhood* Our house sits on a large lot with a private entrance into the Leslie Nature Preserve next door! We enjoy hunting mushrooms in the Spring, hiking in the tree-shaded trails in the summer, admiring the change of leaves in the fall, and taking walks along with the deer in the wintertime. This is our nature paradise! The closest schools are the Rudolf Steiner High School and Ann Arbor STEAM. It is incredibly bike-friendly in this area and the distance to all the main places is within ~10 minutes on a bike! Distance/time on bicycle: 2 mins / 0.3mi to Ann Arbor STEAM Elementary School 10 mins / 1.8mi to Kerry Town Farmers Market 10 mins / 2mi to U of M Hospital 11 mins / 2mi to U of M North Campus  15 mins / 2.5mi to U of M Central Campus (All are within 5-10 minutes of driving distance)
