Beautiful light-filled 2 bed apartment with large courtyard close to ANU

I am an academic at the ANU and will be traveling from mid July 2024 to mid Feb 2025. Our fully-furnished apartment is available for rent during this period and longer term rental is preferred. The weekly rate is all inclusive. The place is walking distance to Canberra center and all the restaurants and cafes, but is located on a very quiet street so you don't need to worry about noise level. It is literally next to the beautiful heritage Haig Park. Light rail station is 3 mins walk, and ANU campus is only 5 mins drive/10 mins bike ride/20 mins walk away. This ground floor apartment has an abundance of natural light flows throughout the open plan living and dining area. Both bedrooms are segregated to either side of the living area, the main ensuite bedroom has a comfy Koala queen-size bed, and the second room is converted into a study but we have one queen-size and one single Japanese futon mattresses (foldable) if you wish to use it as bedroom. The highlight of the apartment is its spacious north-facing courtyard. Outdoor area is 132m2 and is furnished with outdoor dining table, four-seater sofa and BBQ grill.
